Prices in euros, per room, not per person

General conditions

• check-in: from 11.00 in the morning (am);
• check-out: before 10.00 in the morning (am);
• apets allowed on request and subject to our confirmation;
• daily cleaning and rearrangement of the rooms included in the price.

Terms of payment

• cash payments (in Euros);
• credit card (visa, mastercard);
• to confirm the booking it is necessary to send a bank transfer equal to 30% of the amount total (50% for bookings of one night only);
• For last-minute bookings it is possible to confirm without the need for payment anticipated.

Reservations and payment methods

For “direct bookings with standard rate”, made through our “Book now” system, it is possible to book the room without paying any deposit, providing the credit card details as a guarantee of the reservation.

For reservations with a deposit, made by contacting us by phone or e-mail, an advance payment of 1/3 of the total amount of the reservation is required. Payment must be made by bank transfer.

Terms of cancellation:

• GENERAL POLICY: cancellations made before 7 days with respect to the date of check-in does not incur any penalty. Failure to arrive or cancellations made beyond the 7 days from the check-in date involve a penalty equal to the cost of the whole living room;
• HIGH SEASON (1-31 August): Cancellations made before 5 days respect on the check-in date, no penalty will be incurred. No show or cancellations carried out beyond 5 days from the check-in date will result in a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay.
• BOOKINGS WITH DEPOSIT OR ADVANCE DEPOSIT SERVICE: cancellation made within the terms established , will result in the refund of the deposit net of expenses banking. The non-arrival or the cancellation made after the deadline established above, will result in the loss of the deposit paid, net of bank charges.
• In the case of a booking with a non-refundable rate, please make sure that the credit/debit card provided contains the amount necessary to confirm the booking. In case on the contrary, this cannot be considered confirmed.
